
Meditate every morning. Even if it is only for 10 minutes, meditate. Keep your eyes closed gently, your spine straight. Mediation gives you inner height and width. You have so much space around you and in you that you do not waste energy by reacting. You stand in a crowded room but in your own space, so you don’t react, “oh, it is so crowded! So smoky!” when you walk out of the crowded room, your head is not spinning, it is snoring.
