MOVE YOUR BODY:


The body collects your negative thoughts and attitudes in the form of molecular junk in its joints and cells. The only way to burn the junk is to be physically active. Try brisk walking or racy running or vigorous cycling. As your body release tears and resentments, and energy rushes to your senses, beautiful things happen. You hear the grass grow. Keep moving in this new garden of freedom.
