TAKE UP ON WATER


Drink two liters a day. This is the best way to avoid any muscle aches and the only way to replenish the 70 percent body fluids that evaporate through perspiration, elimination, menstruation. Water keeps you sweetly hydrated and your muscles primed. Water also helps to avoid kidney stone. So drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water daily. It also keeps you fresh all the day.
