
Stand with feet together, spine and head held straight and arms by the side close to the body. Focus the gaze at a fixed point at eye level and relax the body, breathing normally. Bend the right hand behind the body. Keep both knees together and maintain the balance. Slowly raise and stretch the right leg backwards, as high as possible, raising the leg directly behind the body. Raise the left arm upwards and forward taking support from your mom. Hold the posture for as long as possible, breathing normally. Release the posture, by lowering the left arm to the side and the right ankle and foot on the floor, arms by the side close to the body. Repeat the same on the left leg. Take care to pull the kneecaps up and keep the leg stretched straight. This one strengthens the leg muscles, the shoulder blades get fully movements and the chest expands fully. It brings balance to the entire nervous system, develop control of the body, brings mental concentration, release all stiffness on the legs and hip muscles and release cramps in the calf and thigh muscles.
