FOR THE POST- NATAL RECOVERY
Sit straight face your mom. Separate your legs and slowly widen the distance between them as far as you can go, making sure that the backs of your legs rest firmly on the floor. Let your mother help you extend the legs to the maximum stretch. Inhale, raise the arms up and straighten the spine. Exhale, extend forward and let your mom hold the arms and slowly pull you forward. This one is excellent for post-natal recovery. It tones the entire nerves and organs of the abdomen. It also helps in regulating the menstrual cycle.
