GO CARDIO- CRAZY


As you know, cardio exercise is a must to melt any fat that stands between you and your curves. Normally, a 100-minute a week is enough, but let’s up the stakes and go turbo on this 210-minute weekly cardio-plan: Monday: walk 45 minutes. With your IPOD piping peppy toons into your ears, walk briskly. Tuesday: cycle 45 minutes. Watch TV as you pedal @ 80 rpm. You can catch up on your favorite programme without being a slouch potato. Do it for some days you will surely feel the difference in your body structure.
