WHY SHOULD YOU WEAR SUN SCREEN?

A sun screen essentially protects you from the harmful ultra violet (UV A and UV B) rays of the sun. These rays cause skin damage and darkening giving you a tan when you stay out in the sun for long. A sun screen acts as a shield, keeping your skin protected from UV rays and slowing down the multiplication of the melanin cells. No sun screen can guarantee 100 per cent protection from the sun, but you’re to tan slower if you’re wearing one.
