ADVICE FOR PREGNANT MOM


Don’t rush into exercising. It took your body a good four months to recover from the pregnancy and the long labor and delivery. Only then your body will feel ready to exercise. I would not recommended going on sliming diet of any kind till you’re breast-feeding. Once you’re done with that, I’d suggest that you lower your carbohydrate intake post 4.00 p.m, ease on the fatty stuff and chocolates and stay well hydrated.
