
A woman’s body changes over time, put on excessive weight especially after childbirth. While they not paranoid and obsessive about diets, they should take care to eat the right foods in the right quantity and also exercise. Balance is the key. Even though they occasionally allow themselves some indulgences, they should try and make up it in the next meal or the next day. Ultimately, their face and their body are the mirror of their minds and they should try to keep that clutter-free. The rest falls into place.
