HOW TO SHED THE EXTRA FLAB


The body has a natural process which one cannot fight or push before it is ready to bounce back. Everybody reacts differently. Every woman put on 25 kilos during pregnancy and they didn’t start losing it till a year or so after delivery. When they felt their body was ready for rigorous workouts, they should start jogging and they should do some regular exercise which will help them to reduce their weight and they should change to vegetarian and they should not eat dairy products and at the same time they should keep it in mind that their diet should naturally healthy and consist mainly of vegetables and fruits.
