TIPS TO WEAR GOOD DRESS


Make your aerobics routine fun with long, printed leggings (with stripes, polka dots or in solid colors with lace at the hem). Pair them with a fitted racer back T-shirt or halter-neck knit top. For yoga, keep your clothes loose and comfortable. Pair a long, V-neck T-shirt with a pair of knit track-pants or a long, knit tunic with legging. These will certainly give you more comfortable while doing your work or exercise.
