CYCLE FOR STAMINA

It will definitely increase your stamina for life long. Practice it daily for few minutes of time.

CUT CALORIES MODERATELY


Fewer calories equal weight-loss.but, while eating less is a must, enforcing huge calorie cuts can slow your metabolism. So, make moderate cuts and phase in more and more cuts gradually. Suggestions. The first week, cut out deep-fried foods. The second week, switch from whole milk to skimmed milk. The third week, reduce sweets and so on. It will give good results within a few weeks of time. It won’t affect your health at any cost.

Instead of eating one katori of rice, have ½ katori of rice and veggies (cauliflower, French beans). It’s yummier and lower in calories. Don’t take the next bite until you’ve swallowed the earlier one. Postpone your second helping for 20 blissful minutes-you’ll find you don’t need it. If prone to hunger pangs due to blood sugar swings, eat a teaspoon of soaked or sported fenugreek seeds. Drink a cup of coffee to banish pre-training blues. Entertain positive, healthy thoughts. They are low in mental calories and rich in mental nutrients.

VALUABLE ENERGY SAVING TIPS


Do some things at fixed times daily-exercise class, writing your journal, telephone calls, reading the newspaper, catching up on correspondence, energy otherwise frittered away by indecisiveness. Don’t wait for the right moment. Start a project when your instinct says “start” that’s the right moment. Give and receive love and devote your energies to people who energies you. If you can’t avoid energy-drainers, meditate immediately after you meet with or talk to them. Work with love as if work itself is the reward and not the fruits of the work. Express gratitude and appreciation constantly. These are rich, positive, energizing exercise. Patience and perseverance are great energy-conserves. Impatience and quitting are energy-thieves.

ENERGY SAVING TRICKS


Priorities your task, and stand by your priorities. Try exercising between 3pm and 5pm that’s when your body is most flexible. Eat a fat-free lunch to avoid the afternoon slump. Identify your high alert time during the day and do your important tasks at this time. Every 90 minutes, your brain switches from alertness and practical thinking today dreaming. Use this info to flow from working to daydreaming to working and so on to make the best use of your 90 minute energy- cycles.
