BEDROOM DECORATIONS

Everyone wants to relax for some time to refresh themselves from pressure and other things. We all need a minimum of eight hours of sleep every day to be able to function at our best. With a zillion thoughts racing in our mind day in and day out, it is important that the mind relaxes for a few hours. Although we all know it, very few of us bother about it. Keep a fixed time for sleep and make sure you hit the bed when the clock strikes the nap hour. If this means cutting on some family time, missing a late night show or swapping duties with your hubby, so be it! Besides that, avoid bright lights or color in the bedroom. Use soothing candles and serene pictures instead. According to a research, bright light releases stress hormones that put people off-sleep. Make sure you create a cozy atmosphere in your bedroom and snuggle under really comfy sheets, so you’re up in the morning feeling fresh like a flower.
