EXERCISE FOR THE ABDOMINALS


Due to lot of disease mankind lose their health so in order to stay fit you must do some exercise to get rid of those dangerous diseases.

Lie down on your back and hold a ring. With your legs together, take the ring and come up in two counts. As you come up, take the ring down and breathe in as you go down. Do it two counts up and two counts down. The most effective way of doing this exercise is by not touching the shoulder to the floor and not coming up more than 3- 4 inches off the floor. For the second set, come up and hold for 20 counts and then got down. When holding, keep breathing out all the time.
