MAKES: 4-5 SERVINGS
500gm pasta; 1 ½ tbsp olive grease; 1 little stick dalchini; 2-3 spring onions, cut up; 3 garlic cloves, crushed and thinly cut up; 500gm boneless chicken, cubed bite size; ½ cup basil leaves; green chillies, slit, to tang; ½ cup peanuts, roasted; sap of 1 lemon; salt to tang; kali mirch, to tang.
1. Cook the pasta as per directions on the packet. Heat the grease. Drop in the dalchini and after some seconds, the spring onions. Sauté a minute.
2. Add the chicken, sauté till light brown. Add the basil leaves and semi cup water, salt and kali mirch powder. Cover and cook till chicken is warm. Add all the residual elements, mix and take off the fire.
3. Toss with the pasta and dish up warm.
EACH SERVING: 209.5 calories, 83.2gm protein, 4.3gm carbohydrates, 11.5gm total fat, 1.2gm fibre, 58.3 cholesterol, 99.3mg sodium.
